New Leader Manufacturing Announces New President

Cedar Rapids, Iowa ⎯ New Leader Manufacturing (NLM), a leading manufacturer of agricultural and road maintenance equipment, today announced Jeremy Wild has been named NLM’s new President.

Wild has more than 16 years of senior management experience, including a successful tenure serving as NLM’s CFO & COO.

“Jeremy has demonstrated an incredible passion for NLM, displaying strong leadership and strategic guidance skills,” says Rocki Shepard, former President and current CEO of New Leader Manufacturing. “Jeremy’s extensive manufacturing experience and business development skills will help NLM continue to grow domestically and internationally. Wild began his career at NLM as their Controller. For the previous five years, he served as NLM’s CFO & COO, playing an integral role in NLM’s recent international expansion into Indaiatuba, Brazil, and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems certification from NSF-ISR, an NSF company.

The Cedar Rapids-based company is projecting its fourth consecutive record year in the United States. “This team just has so much to celebrate,” says Wild. “Achieving ISO 9001 certification while managing substantial growth in both countries is a significant accomplishment and a testament to the quality of our products, quality of our process, and engagement of our team. I am humbled and honored to serve as NLM’s new President. This team is incredible and I’m looking forward to what the future holds.”

Wild will assume his new responsibilities effective January 23, 2023. Rocki Shepard, CEO, and Matthew Rissi, Chairman of the Board, owners of NLM, will continue to serve on NLM’s advisory and leaderships teams in their active roles, managing NLM’s overall operations.
