Through our local communities and across the globe, New Leader Manufacturing is dedicated to improving the lives of others.
We are passionate about the Cedar Rapids area and are committed to helping it thrive by spreading goodwill, good deeds, good fortune, and good cheer through its communities. To celebrate our 85 years in business, we are thrilled to extend this social mission to our community through our giving program, 380.

NEW IN 2024: If you have received funding from one application cycle (winter or summer), you are NOT permitted to apply for the following cycle. You must wait one year after receiving funding (in either winter or summer) to apply again. If funding is NOT received from one application cycle, you ARE permitted to apply for the following cycle.
