No two days are alike for me. Leading new employee orientation and onboarding, employee health benefits enrollment, recruiting potential employees, and maintaining company policies and procedures are just a few of my daily activities.
The first thing I noticed about HECO is employee satisfaction and a positive company culture are high priority. Many of the projects that I have been involved in were aimed at improving the work life for our employees. Knowing that I work for a company that values its employees is great but being able to contribute to continuous improvement is even better.

Busy, my days are always busy. Packing, sizing, working with different people to get their items to our customers in a secure way; that is what I do. Picking my favorite part of the job is a hard decision! I like the bonus checks, membership advantage, and shipping parts out to our customers.

A typical day for me includes reviewing schedules and reacting to needs in parts, equipment, and labor resources. Also performing quality checks, conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions.
