80 Years of Doing One Thing
New Leader Manufacturing was founded with a singular focus: to build the best equipment possible. Whether that’s spreading salt to deice a highway or nutrients to fertilize a crop, we’ve made our business making sure you have the tools to apply precisely what you need, when you need. It’s something we started doing in 1939 and today we are the industry leader, working with farmers to ag retailers and municipalities to contractors nationally and globally.
We manufacture our spreaders in a world-class facility. We use advanced production techniques like laser cutting to deliver advantages including one-piece side sheet construction for fewer seams and potential corrosion zones. Our expert in-house engineering team uses the latest CAD systems to ensure proper fit and compatibility long before the production process begins. Precision on the back end translates to precision on the front line where the work gets done.

We demonstrate our commitment to giving back to our community. To recognize our 80 years in business, we are supporting 80 different causes that improve life in the 380 region. We’re supporting causes that are important to our employees, our leadership team, our customers, and our neighbors. Celebrating your birthday is always fun. Celebrating it by giving back to the community who helped get you where you are is special.
Today, one in eight people on our planet do not have access to clean water. Nowhere is that more prevalent than in Africa. H20 is a program designed to bring accessible supplies of clean water to African communities. This effort focuses on environmental and sanitation training and infrastructure, as well as building and rehabbing wells and natural springs. With each NL5000 G5 spreader sale, we help provide clean water to rural communities half a world away.
