Schedule a tour We are proud of many things here at New Leader Manufacturing (NLM). Let us show you who we are and what we do at our Cedar Rapids plant. We’ll take you behind the scenes and walk you through our entire manufacturing process. Our tours are offered Monday through Thursday, 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. CT. We prefer groups of five or more but are happy to accommodate tours of any size. If your group is less than five people, we may schedule your tour with other small groups. We require at least 72 hours’ notice for all tours. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but changes in factory schedules may lead to rescheduled or canceled tours. Additional information: - The tours last approximately one hour - Please be prepared to arrive 10 minutes early and provide a form of identification - All participants must be at least 12 years or older - No video recording or photography is permitted Please note: The tours take place during normal working hours and we care about your safety. Closed-toe shoes are required and safety glasses must be worn at all times (safety glasses will be provided by NLM).
