New Leader Earns ‘Top Workplace’ Award for 2019

Cedar Rapids Company Awarded 22nd Place in Midsize Category

 
Cedar Rapids-based New Leader Manufacturing (NLM) is proud to accept a second consecutive award for The Des Moines Register’s Top Workplaces in Iowa. NLM has been awarded a rank of 22nd in the Midsize Company category, up one spot from the 2018 rank of 23.

The Des Moines Register has recognized 135 Companies and Organizations in Iowa as Top Workplaces for 2019. These companies have been recognized based solely on surveys about the workplace completed by their employees. The survey addresses metrics such as employee engagement, alignment and company leadership.
