New Leader Manufacturing has a long history of supporting our community, and we are committed to continuing that tradition through our Spreading Good programs — 380 and H2O.

Applications for the Winter 2026 cycle will be open January 12th through February 12th.

We are passionate about Eastern Iowa and are committed to helping it thrive by spreading goodwill, good deeds, good fortune, and good cheer throughout. Through this initiative, NLM gives back in support of the people, organizations, and causes making a difference right here in Eastern Iowa.

Spreading Good H2O

Today, one in eight people on our planet do not have access to clean water. Nowhere is that more prevalent than in Africa.

H20 is a program designed to bring accessible supplies of clean water to African communities with a focus on environmental and sanitation training, infrastructure, and the construction and rehabilitation of wells and natural springs. With this program, NLM also provides assistance in soil conservation efforts and sustainable farming practices in developing nations.
